Here is a quick round-up of the cryptocurrencies and tokens that I’m currently the most familiar with, and aim to cover in this blog, if I haven’t already.
Welcome to the Ade’s Crypto Press Portfolio here in January (and to be updated throughout 2019).
‘Long-HODL’ is an ideal. I rebalance where projects may not be turning out as expected, or if roadmaps change course in weird new directions.
Simple trades for accumulation, or unsustainable spikes. Due to infancy of market: invest and diversify in underlying tech, staking/passive income, personally useful (creative-focused), plus projects embedded into the space (such as decentralised exchanges etc.)
Take some gains from major spikes back into BTC / USDC stablecoin and reinvest when prices pull back. Otherwise: HODL.
Token / watching:
Blockstack (STX) – dapp ecosystem
Travala (AVA) – hotel bookings / travel rewards
Basic Attention Token (BAT) – content creation rewards, ads
BitTube (TUBES) – content creation rewards, ads
Powerledger (POWR) – energy marketplace
Enjin (ENJ) – gaming etc.
Nexo (NEXO) – loan platform
Odem (ODE) – on-demand education
Publica (PBL) – publishing
Po.et (POE) – content ownership, monetization
Photochain (PHT) – stock photography
Choon (NOTES) – music
Propy (PROPY) – real-estate

You can view a virtual portfolio of the above on CryptoCompare, where in Jul 2019, I began adding these projects at their current price with just 10 pounds worth each, for easy comparison.
